Provided operational and personnel support assisting combat and non-combat units including 3rd Infantry Division during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Train, Instruct, teach and led MOS and non-MOS personnel in field operations, weapons qualification, specialty skill training and wartime exercises. Managed small staff of soldiers and responsible for career path and promotions. Interacted with international civilian contractors in coordinating field operations, training and wartime activities.
